Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt, coarse
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 200 ml barbecue sauce
  • 1 packet tortilla chips
  • 200 g cheese, rated, e.. Gouda, Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), red
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 8 slices ham
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 120 ml sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken breast cubes first, then add salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Mix well. Add barbecue sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread 2 handfuls of tortilla chips in a deep frying pan and top with half of the marinated chicken. Spread the cheese, onion, tomato, ham and parsley on top. Then repeat the process again.
  4. Bake at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
  5. Top with sour cream to serve.
