Ingredients
- 1 bag / s nacho (s) to taste (fiery, mild etc.)
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 bottle sauce (HP BBQ sauce or other)
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 250 g cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- Garlic, fresher

- Fry the minced meat and season with the BBQ sauce at the end. Add a large plate and distribute the nachos on the plate. Pour half of the grated cheese over the nachos and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 5 minutes (until the cheese begins to run).
- Then arrange the minced meat on the cheese nacho base coming out of the oven. Mix the sour cream and season with fresh garlic, salt, pepper and rose paprika to taste and add to the minced mixture.
- Sprinkle the whole thing with the rest of the cheese and bake again until this layer of cheese also runs.
- It`s quite a hearty affair but a very good alternative to potato chips.
