First, the onions and Cabanossi sausages are cut into small cubes. Both ingredients are put in a large pan and seared together with the previously pressed garlic for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, quarter the tomatoes and prepare a saucepan with 500 ml of water for the beans. Add the tomato wedges and thyme to the Cabanossi and simmer for a few minutes. Bring the water in the pot to a boil and cook the frozen beans with a pinch of salt for 6 - 7 minutes.
Take the Cabanossi, onion and tomato mixture out of the pan and fry the drained beans for a few minutes. Constantly turning. Now put the Cabanossi mixture back into the pan. Mix everything with a little paprika and pepper. Season with a little salt.
Baguette would go well with it, we prefer to eat it without any additions.
