Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix well with the mustard and fry crumbly with the coarsely chopped onions in the heated pan in clarified butter. A little later, add the chopped garlic. Now the cleaned and chopped mushrooms, carrots, beans and potatoes follow.
Deglaze with the beef stock, sprinkle with the savory and cook with the lid closed until the vegetables are soft. In between, thicken the sauce with a dark sauce thickener and season to taste with salt and pepper.
