- Boil the beans in boiling water and rinse. Let cool down.
- Mix the cream and yoghurt with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Beat lightly with the whisk until frothy.
- Lightly sweat the bacon, onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil.
- Cut the feta and tomatoes into pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let it steep for about an hour before serving.
- The salad is suitable as a side dish for grilling, fish fillet or smoked turkey.
