Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup cream, approx. 100 g
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt, more Greek
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 2 small onion (s), red
  • 10 small vine tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, smooth, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 ½ package feta cheese, approx. 100 g
  • 6 slices bacon, smoked
  • 500 g beans, reen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the beans in boiling water and rinse. Let cool down.
  2. Mix the cream and yoghurt with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Beat lightly with the whisk until frothy.
  3. Lightly sweat the bacon, onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil.
  4. Cut the feta and tomatoes into pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let it steep for about an hour before serving.
  5. The salad is suitable as a side dish for grilling, fish fillet or smoked turkey.
