Bean Smoothie with Dried Apricots Instructions

  1. Rinse dried apricots, dry, and cut into small pieces. If dried apricots are too hard, you must first pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine kefir and chopped dried apricots in a blender bowl. Add canned beans. Add sugar if desired.
  3. Grind all ingredients at the highest setting until smooth. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve.
