Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables, if necessary peel, clean and cut very small. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes approx. 1 cm long.
  2. Leave the clarified butter in the saucepan, add the diced onions and let them become translucent, add the chopped beans (1-2 cm), as well as the remaining vegetables and the diced potatoes, fry for a short time. Pour in the broth. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes, then add the chopped smoked pork and the chopped tomatoes. Add the savory and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and the bean soup is ready.
