Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon clarified butter
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 kg beans, fresh greens
- 200 g tomato (s), dried
- 2 onions)
- 3 carrot (s)
- 100 g celery
- 50 g cauliflower
- 2 leeks
- 1 bunch parsley
- 600 g smoked pork pork
- 4 potato (s)
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon savory, freshly chopped

- Wash all vegetables, if necessary peel, clean and cut very small. Cut the smoked pork into small cubes approx. 1 cm long.
- Leave the clarified butter in the saucepan, add the diced onions and let them become translucent, add the chopped beans (1-2 cm), as well as the remaining vegetables and the diced potatoes, fry for a short time. Pour in the broth. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes, then add the chopped smoked pork and the chopped tomatoes. Add the savory and simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and the bean soup is ready.
