Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, dried white
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ celeriac
  • 1 leek
  • 1 can tomato (s), (850 g)
  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 200 g Cabanossi
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock, (instant)
  • 1 bunch herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the beans for at least 2 hours, then drain the water.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes, finely chop the garlic, dice the bacon very finely, cut the sausage into slices. Drain the canned tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Tie the spices together.
  3. Fry the garlic with the onions in the olive oil, then add the vegetables, stir in the beans, tomatoes, sausage and bacon, deglaze with the stock and water.
  4. Let everything simmer over low heat and with the lid closed for at least 1 1/2 hours.
