Clean the leek and cut into rings. Remove the skin from the meat sausage and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Heat the fat in a soup pot and fry the meat sausage cubes. These can get a nice color. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly, then briefly sweat the leek. Now add the beans with the stock and simmer gently for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sweet paprika powder.
We like to have a fresh baguette or bread roll with it.
