- Put the meat, marrow bones, soup greens and some savory in a large saucepan. Cook for about 2 hours until the meat is cooked through.
- In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook until cooked. When the meat is done, remove it from the pot and discard the marrowbones.
- Cut the meat into small pieces and add to the stock with the beans and potatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper and serve.
