- Steam the washed beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the melted butter. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the cleaned chanterelles to the bacon and onion mixture and cook for another 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
- It also tastes very good when you add a clove of garlic to the onions.
