Leave out the bacon cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the flour over it and slowly pour milk over it so that a roux is formed.
In the meantime, cook the prepared beans in salted water and savory until they are firm to the bite. Then add the beans to the bacon sauce and top up with boiled bean water if you like.
Sprinkle with fresh savory and parsley. With fresh potatoes and smoked pork, good home-style cooking.
