Instructions

  1. Just cook the cut beans through. Sauté the bacon and onions, add the flour and stir with water until smooth. Season the sauce with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Put the beans in the sauce and let them cook through briefly. Tip: Go with coleslaw, boiled or jacket potatoes or pasta.
