Let the oil warm up in a roasting pan. Sauté the meat and all ingredients up to and including pepper for approx. 5 minutes, season with salt. Deglaze with the water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
Then add the honey and plums, simmer for another 30 minutes, when the meat is tender, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Arrange with the side dish on preheated plates, serve.
