Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, cut the beef into thin strips and fry them in oil. Cut the peppers into strips and the spring onions into rings. Put cashew nuts, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, sugar and some chilli powder in a bowl and mix together. Add everything to the beef and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Arrange the rice and the beef pan together and serve.
