Peel the onion, cut into large slices and spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Peel off the garlic cloves, cut in half and add. Then pour the olive oil over it.
Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 10 minutes
After browning, season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Now put the sheep`s cheese on top of the onion and garlic sauce in the baking dish.
Roast in the hot oven at the same temperature as follows: approx. 15 min. For bloody, approx. 20 min. For medium and approx. 25 min. For well done. Serve immediately.
