- Cut the beef into 2.5 cm pieces.
- Cut the pepper and onion into 2.5 cm pieces.
- Place the meat, peppers and onions in a large plastic bag and then into a bowl.
- Pour vinegar over the whole thing, close the bag, marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Drain off excess liquid. String meat, onion and pepper on 25 cm long bamboo skewers. Leave a gap of 0.7 cm between the pieces.
- Place the skewers on the grill rack. Fry, uncovered, for 8-12 minutes, turning as needed.
- Boil the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve couscous and skewers immediately after cooking.
