Ingredients
- 500 g beef, cooked (e.. boiled beef), freed from fat and tendons, cut
- 2 onion (s), chopped
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, cut
- 1 small Glass pickled cucumber (s), sliced
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard, (more if required)
- 100 ml cream
- Parsley, fresh, to taste
- Chives, fresh, to taste
Instructions
- Mix salt, pepper, vinegar, cream, oil and 1 tablespoon mustard to make a salad dressing. Please do not save on the seasoning and vinegar!
- Mix everything together and let it steep for a few hours
- It goes well with baguette or jacket potatoes.
