Ingredients

  • 500 g beef, cooked (e.. boiled beef), freed from fat and tendons, cut
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled, cut
  • 1 small Glass pickled cucumber (s), sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, (more if required)
  • 100 ml cream
  • Parsley, fresh, to taste
  • Chives, fresh, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper, vinegar, cream, oil and 1 tablespoon mustard to make a salad dressing. Please do not save on the seasoning and vinegar!
  2. Mix everything together and let it steep for a few hours
  3. It goes well with baguette or jacket potatoes.
