- Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the carrot slices for 3 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- Cut the beef into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms, rub them with a damp cloth and cut them into slices.
- Heat the rest of the butter and briefly sear the mushrooms in it.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with a sauce of herbs, sour cream, beef broth, salt and pepper
- Let it steep overnight in a cool place.
- Serve the salad with fresh bread or fried potatoes.
