Ingredients

  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g beef, boiled
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped fresh
  • 8 tablespoon sour cream
  • 5 tablespoon beef broth
  • Pepper, whiter
  • Salad, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the carrot slices for 3 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  2. Cut the beef into thin strips. Clean the mushrooms, rub them with a damp cloth and cut them into slices.
  3. Heat the rest of the butter and briefly sear the mushrooms in it.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix with a sauce of herbs, sour cream, beef broth, salt and pepper
  6. Let it steep overnight in a cool place.
  7. Serve the salad with fresh bread or fried potatoes.
