Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s), approx. 150g each
  • 800 g mushrooms, fresh, whole
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 100 g jerky meat, (streaky bacon) diced
  • 40 g tomato paste, approx.
  • 100 g cheese, Emmentaler (rated)
  • 1 bunch parsley, as fresh as possible
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fish under running water and pat dry. Season a little with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  2. Steam in a little water for about 15 minutes. Remove from the stock and set aside.
  3. Clean and wash the mushrooms and cut them into leaves. Peel and dice the onions.
  4. Dice the jerky meat and leave it out. Add the onions and mushrooms and sauté. Now add the tomato paste, pepper, salt and some water. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Now place the cooked fillets in an ovenproof dish and pour the mushroom-onion-bacon sauce over them. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C or under the grill until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley before serving.
  6. Rice and potatoes go well with it. Before that, I like to eat a chicory salad. For dessert, an ice cream or a fruit salad.
