Instructions

  1. In advance: If you use frozen fish fillets, defrost them beforehand.
  2. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Whisk the egg well.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan. First pull the fish fillets through the flour, then fry them through the egg and in the pan on both sides.
