Ingredients
- 3 cucumber (s), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- 1 stalk chervil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, very finely chopped
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 120 ml olive oil, good
- salt and pepper

- Sprinkle the cucumber slices with salt in a sieve and drain for 30 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Put the cucumber slices in a bowl and mix with the dressing. Let it steep for about an hour.
