Ingredients
- 500 g cucumber (s), finely sliced
- 150 g tomato (s), sliced
- 100 g red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 2 onion (s), cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine) or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
- some sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch radishes

- Mix the oil, vinegar, herbs, sugar, salt and pepper to a marinade. Put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix with the marinade. Let it steep for about 15 minutes. Wash and slice the radishes. Serve the salad with the radish slices.
