Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 500 g mushrooms, canned, whole heads
  • 1 pack cooked ham
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s), large or small to taste
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. The broccoli is cooked briefly and cut into florets, the mushroom heads cut in half, the peppers cleaned and cut into small cubes. The cooked ham and pickled cucumbers are also cut into small cubes and the corn is added. Mix with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Great with grilled meat!
