  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 5 medium tomato (s)
  • 2 medium peppers, orange
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 stalks spring onion (s)
  • 3 bag / s ready-mix for salad (paprika-herbs)
  • 130 ml rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ebly al dente and rinse in cold water, then let it cool down.
  2. In the meantime, stir the ready-mix with the rapeseed oil and let it swell.
  3. Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes.
  4. Mix everything together and let it steep for a good half an hour at room temperature.
  5. Goes well with grilled chicken.
