- 125 g Ebly
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 5 medium tomato (s)
- 2 medium peppers, orange
- 1 can corn
- 2 stalks spring onion (s)
- 3 bag / s ready-mix for salad (paprika-herbs)
- 130 ml rapeseed oil

- Cook the Ebly al dente and rinse in cold water, then let it cool down.
- In the meantime, stir the ready-mix with the rapeseed oil and let it swell.
- Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes.
- Mix everything together and let it steep for a good half an hour at room temperature.
- Goes well with grilled chicken.
