- 150 g quark
- 300 grams flour
- 75 grams sugar
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some condensed milk

- Mix the quark with milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add flour and baking powder and stir well. Shape the dough into a roll and cut into 16 equal pieces.
