Fry the steaks in 1 tablespoon of olive oil how you want them.
Arrange in the middle of the plates. Sprinkle the salt generously over the steaks and grind pepper over them. Place the rocket on top and drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Finally grate the parmesan cheese over it.
I serve with white bread and a dry Italian red wine.
