We discard the meat and store the broth separately.
How easy it is to peel the bulbs: Boil water and pour over the prepared bulbs. Leave for 5-10 minutes and drain and clean. Leave the water to glass.
Heat vegetable oil in a wide saucepan and fry the sliced onions and small onions (otherwise, small onions can be replaced with simple sliced onions).
Sprinkle with sugar and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add spices and fry for another 5 minutes.
Then add vinegar and red wine.
When the vinegar and wine evaporate, add tomato sauce, meat and broth. Add salt and pepper.
We continue to cook under a closed lid over medium heat until tender. You can serve it as an independent dish or with a side dish of your choice.
