First prepare the seasoning stock. To do this, mix and prepare all of the specified ingredients.
Peel the asparagus on the lower third, cut off the ends. Cut the sticks into 5 cm long pieces and halve lengthways if necessary. Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips and the spring onions into small slices. Prepare the vegetables. Cut the meat into strips.
Heat some oil in a wok and fry the meat for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until brown. Then take the meat out of the wok, pepper and prepare. Now put the vegetables in the wok and fry for about 6 minutes. Reduce the heat and stir in the seasoning stock. Allow this to thicken a little in about 3 minutes. If more sauce is desired, add a little water.
