Cut the beef steak into very thin strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic, peel the carrots and cut into thin long strips with the zucchini and spring onions.
Heat the olive oil very hot in the wok, add strips of meat and fry for approx. 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes.
The coriander or parsley is roughly cut over the finished dish
Wild rice or basmati rice is served with it
Tip: you can get the teriyaki sauce either in an Asian store or in a well-stocked supermarket.
The amount of honey varies in this recipe, you can use more according to taste.
