Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel and roughly dice the stems. Also clean the peppers and cut into strips. Dab the beef with a cloth and cut into fine slices. Do not chop the peanuts too finely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes, then stew covered for 2 minutes and remove. Heat the remaining oil and sear the meat while turning. Press the peeled garlic over it through the press. Mix the soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch and mix into the meat. Add the vegetables and bring to the boil once. Season with salt and serve sprinkled with peanuts.
