- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Melt the clarified butter in a large saucepan and brown the onion rings in it. Then pour the broth over them.
- Heat the broth, season with salt and pepper and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Cut each slice of bread into four parts and dip into the beer. Heat the butter and fry the soaked bread slices in it until crispy.
- Spread the beer sandwiches on plates and pour the onion broth over them. Sprinkle the soup with parsley and serve with a liter of beer.
