Instructions

  1. Heat the beet syrup, butter and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the gingerbread spice.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder and knead into a bowl with the cooled syrup and egg.
  3. Possibly put something cold - but that`s also possible.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut out.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 160 °) for about 10 minutes. Let cool and then decorate with the glaze (draw the edges or something)
  6. Makes about 80 biscuits.
