Wash the beetroot and carrots thoroughly and cut off the leaves. Peel the oranges. Juice the beetroot and carrots on the hard vegetable / fruit setting in the juicer. Juice the oranges on the soft vegetable / fruit level. Divide the juice into 4 glasses and drink it immediately or fill it into a brown glass bottle (1L) and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 day.
Small information on the side:
I always use organic vegetables and fruits, so I don`t peel carrots and beetroot.
Beetroot contains a lot of iron. The vitamin C from the oranges ensures that the iron can be better absorbed.
