Instructions

  1. Mix together the grated beetroot, carrots and potatoes. Finely chop the onion, garlic and spring onions and mix in. Add the drained peas, egg, salt, pepper and flour, mix briefly.
  2. Portion the mixture with a tablespoon, add to the pan and fry in olive oil on both sides over moderate heat.
