Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the beetroot, mix with the remaining ingredients and leave to soak for about 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the mixture into four patties. Fry these on both sides in the pan at a moderate temperature. Be careful not to set the temperature too high, otherwise they will be burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside.
  3. Top and shape the burger as you like.
