Ingredients
- 300 g beetroot, fresh
- 90 g oat flakes, coarse
- 75 g feta cheese
- 1 small onion (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Peel and grate the beetroot, mix with the remaining ingredients and leave to soak for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into four patties. Fry these on both sides in the pan at a moderate temperature. Be careful not to set the temperature too high, otherwise they will be burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside.
- Top and shape the burger as you like.
