Ingredients
- 500 g fish fillet (s)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 clove (s) garlic, finely diced
- 2 tablespoon parsley, finely weighed
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 pinch (s) white pepper
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- Olive oil, for frying

- Wash the fish fillet, cut into strips, put in the blender and finely chop. Put the minced fish in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients one after the other. Knead the whole thing into a dough and shape 7 fish cakes. Put the olive oil in a 28 mm pan and heat. Fry the fish cakes on both sides for 5 minutes at medium temperature until golden brown.
