Ingredients
- 100 g rain, crushed (e.. reen spelled, spelled, rye, wheat rains)
- 250 ml broth
- 1 small onion (s), diced
- clove garlic
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon quark
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs or grated cheese
- N / A parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Bring the stock with the crushed grain to the boil, soak for 15-20 minutes and then let cool down a little. Stir in onion, egg, quark, breadcrumbs or cheese, season well to taste. Shape 4 - 6 balls, place in hot oil, press flat with the spatula and fry carefully.
- We like it best with herb or mustard quark, the kids love it as a burger with ketchup and cucumber on bread rolls. Personally, they taste even better cold than warm.
