Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillet, cut into strips, put in the blender and finely chop. Put the minced fish in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients one after the other. Knead the whole thing into a dough and shape 7 fish cakes. Put the olive oil in a 28 mm pan and heat. Fry the fish cakes on both sides for 5 minutes at medium temperature until golden brown.
