- 1 kg minced meat
- 3 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s)
- some breadcrumbs
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 ½ kg onion (s)
- 3 cups cream
- 3 cups sour cream

- Prepare a dough from the minced meat, eggs, one finely diced onion and the spices, shape meatballs from them, fry them and place in a baking dish.
- Dice the cooked ham and sprinkle over the meatballs.
- Peel, dice and steam 1.5 kg onions, then pour over the ham. Mix the cream and sour cream and pour over it.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
