Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (400ml) or 200g dried (soak accordingly)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, possibly 3
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon mint, fresh, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- some oil, for frying
- possibly coriander

- Mix and puree the ingredients, it must be a smooth pulp.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chickpea mash in a spoonful, press flat and fry on both sides for about 8 minutes.
- If you like coriander, you can mix some of it with the mass.
- Very tasty with green salad and / or tomato salad or just like that, drizzled with a little lemon juice and a yoghurt dip.
