preparation
1. Cut the onion into large cubes and sauté in a little oil in a hot pan.
2. Cut the beetroot into pieces and place in a tall container. Also add the feta and sunflower seeds, honey, olive oil and lime juice and also the sweaty onions, then puree everything.
