- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g olive oil
- 8 g honey
- 10 ml lime juice or lemon juice

- Today there is another great spread, because dinner doesn`t always have to be big. Because this recipe is ideal, especially if you have had a late shift or just come home late. For this reason, today there is a spread that combines the delicious beetroot with the spicy feta. Add the sunflower seeds for an exciting mouthfeel. A good country bread or baguette goes best with this spread, because the nice crispy crust contrasts with the soft beetroot sunflower seed spread.
- preparation
- 1. Cut the onion into large cubes and sauté in a little oil in a hot pan.
- 2. Cut the beetroot into pieces and place in a tall container. Also add the feta and sunflower seeds, honey, olive oil and lime juice and also the sweaty onions, then puree everything.
- 3. Finally, season to taste with salt & pepper and, if necessary, stir in a little lime juice.
