• 200 g cream cheese, 40%
• 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed
• 1 clove garlic
• salt and pepper
• Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

1. Roast the sunflower seeds in 1 teaspoon sunflower oil. Mix the remaining ingredients, season well and add the sunflower seeds.
2. Can also be prepared with pine nuts, pumpkin seeds or walnuts.
