Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the beetroot. Steam the finely chopped onions and the chopped garlic in the oil until golden. Add the beetroot and all the ingredients except the horseradish and creme fraiche to the onions. Let simmer for 45-60 minutes. Then fold in the horseradish and creme fraiche.
  2. Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
